I am surprised that no one has mentioned (or maybe they have and I missed it) that it’s six years ago tonight that the infamous Charlton vs Doncaster abandonment took place due to extreme flooding on the pitch. 

Time flies, I only seems like a season or two ago!

    That was Jacko's fault, emptying his water bottle onto the pitch was the straw that broke the camel's back. Glad he did though because the result was turned on its head in the rearranged match  :D

    Strangely enough we also drew 2-2 away to Barnsley a week earlier, just as we did this season. That Doncaster game was Jordan Cousins’ first start at The Valley too.

    Since then we have been taken over by Roland, protested on a large scale, got relegated, continued protesting, got in Bowyer, got promoted and now sitting second in the league with a team we can be proud of.

    Crazy how much has changed in those 6 years.
