    Purrington: 7.5 good to see him getting forward and defensively sound. 
    Field: 7 looked unconvincing early on but improved as the game progressed. 
    Leko: 7.5 lucky goal and seems to play best when he doesn't have time to think. Should improve and worth persevering with. 
    Cullen: 8 great energy, drove us forward and broke up their attacks all afternoon. 
    Gallagher: 7.5 positionally excellent. Good efforts at goal. 
    Williams: 7.5 slight off day but still great energy. 
    Taylor: 8 the referee limited his effectiveness but still a strong performance. 
    Aneke: 8 excellent cameo, much better than expected.

    Field: 7 started poor but really grew into the game. Can see why west Brom fans like him!
    Leko: 8.5 MOM just a handful, happy he got his goal.
    Cullen: 7 gave the ball away cheaply at times but good otherwise.

    Taylor: 7.5 played well but defenders paid special attention to him.
