@Addickted just an explanation of why I closed this.

We are not exactly rigid on what we allow to be discussed on here. For something that is a football site, people are allowed to go off at whatever tangent they feel like. All we ask is that people stay away from just a couple of things. Politics we’ve moved elsewhere to provide a compromise for those that like to discuss it (if you could call it a discussion),  religion and awful stories about scum in our society. Those cause a massive problem to the harmony of all forums.

Stuff on 'broken britain' / society scum / stabbings & shootings serves no puropse other than providing the forum a negative, angry backdrop and becomes something it is very hard to draw the line on; you could pick 2 or 3 of those stories everyday if you widen the area range a bit. And then this forum just turns into a ranting place about society and scum.

None of the above were / are the intentions of what we’d like this forum to be about. Its a football forum, a Charlton one, where people can completely meander off if they so wish. But we just ask (nicely), please don't make it too serious or controversial in topic. It should be a release from all the things that are shit in society and life (except Charlton!), not a platform to vent your spleen about them.
