been in exile 7 years (from New Eltham)  since early retirement and seems half the population of Broadstairs are from South London / North Kent.
How many on this forum ? i suspect at least 3 ...

    Not there myself but have spent a lot of time there as my late mother was there for nearly 40 years until she passed away and we have other family down there still too.

    One of my brothers in law (brother in laws) was very involved with Margate FC until he left the area a few years back.

    I work in Broadstairs if that counts? Currently living in Faversham but hope to move to Thanet soon (once a decent house in my price range becomes available).
