Matthews looked ok - more than capable deputy and solid at the back. Gallagher very good yet again.... would like to see Aneke and Williams second half for Bonne and Oztumer (not necessarily straight away together).
Matthews had a good first 10 mins but has now been sized up by Celina who lòoks very dangerous. Crossbar challenge wins £7k! Need subs on and for them to work better thsn Oztumer and Mathews.
Plenty of pretty stuff between the penalty areas but no much end product - both sides culpable.
Conor is having another ripping game in midfield - if there's a string that needs pulling, he's pulling it.
Cullen and Field are shielding the back four nicely, Ben Purr and Matthews (steady debut) getting down the flanks often.
Macca is outting himself about again, winning headers and trying to hold up play but him and Leko aren't always on the same wavelength.
Leko is having a standard Leko game: a cracking strike for his goal, a few lovely runs at the Swansea defence, mixed in with frustating decisions on when to pass or not.
Possession is almost even but the visitors have had more attempts at goal, albeit nothing that's really threatened us. The goal they did score came via a deflection and the match stats per the Sky Sports app had that as off target!
A sensible approach to the second half, probably involving the unleashing of Mount Chuks after about 60 mins, should see us to at least a point.
Oh, and there's a Crossbar Challenge winner! 7 grand to a lucky bugger.

I don't think Bowyer would and that's why I love him.
Not quite on the same wavelength.
Oztumer is very tidy but cant quite drive at the opposition like Williams.
Leko making too many wrong decisions, but that goal...
Much better attacking players than Leeds have.

We wouldn't be in the top third if we didn't.

That's bloody impressive.
Swansea have the ball in our net ☹
But the lino's flag is up! 😀
