Spurs allowed to spread the cost over the next 3 seasons?
Anyone heard this just been mentioned to me wondered if there is any truth in it

    No bad thing if you ask me, the inital payment will be the big one, and then nice little bits of cash for the next years after

    So is Ipswichs cut spread over 3 years as well ?

    in most transfers the cost is spread over a year or two but in this case it looks as if part of the negotiating was that Spudz could spread it over 3 years instead. Doesn't really amtter as we know we will definately get it but just a bit later. This summer we probably had to pay an instalement on the Diawara fee for example. As for Ipswich's cut I imagine they get their percentage when we get the money, ie spread over 3 years, but if the board are cute we could offer to pay Ipswich their cut now in full but reduced slightly so we gain again that way.
