It was a good evening with similar numbers in attendance as when Bowyer and Galen attended earlier in the year.
Both guys were interesting in listening to and both came over well. Lockyer got asked a few more questions than Oztumer.
Oztumer spoke about his time at Bolton and Parkinson as a manager and how glad he was to have got out from a tough year. Didn’t get on that well with Parky.
Lockyer spoke about Wales and how he felt the jump up from L1 to championship wasn’t as big as he expected. Also spoke about a Twitter and the messages he gets when there is a poor result or performance. It was interesting that the club doesn’t seem to give much if any guidance to the players regarding social media.
Both were very complimentary on the management setup and the training. You got the impression that they were really enjoying their time here.
All positive and hope future events are well supported.
Tom said when there is a bad performance he can get some nasty comments. Also mentioned Britsol City supporters with his obvious time at Rovers. He has then come off Twitter for a few days. Also said the good comments give him a real boost. But he said he might give up Twitter in the future if it happens again.

Yes it’s all gone quiet over there,
All gone quiet,
All gone quiet,
All gone quiet over there.
