Just had it on good authority that the whole reason that Spurs upped their bid and met our price was that they've accpted at £33.5m bid for Berbatov from Utd

to be honest for the yiddos to pay 16.5 for benty he must be in first team plans. i mean he wont play every game as theyll play 50-60 next season but i think he'll have more of a role than defoes super-sub thing0
