Really gutted to hear this, he is the reason I became a chef, his New British Classics book is pretty much a Bible for most of today's top chefs.

What a chef, what a guy. Went to the Greenhouse where he was the HC back in the 90’s. He’d cook you dinner and then come out to say hello. Big shock this ... RIP
