    £4m for a player who couldn't get into a Championship side last season ? Not realistic to me, but this is the NOTW.

    If true, this is exactly what we are going to find now. Player valuations are going to be doubled.

    I thought that, worth a punt at half that price maybe. saying that though, Lee McCulloch is said to be going to Rangers for £2.5 mill and i reckon Ellington is much better than him.

    True, all things will be doubled and now they know weve flogged Dazza for that lvel of money they will play hard ball for the dollars...... i think this year, as previously metioned, will have the most number of deadline deals ever... with 48 hrs left people will start getting twitchy and all kinds of deals will go down ... only then will we see how much the market has changed and how good the board is at negotiating...
