Given last year as a guide, with a huge injury list and a priority of survival, Bowyer will most likely treat this as second class and not put a particularly strong side out.
However, its on 3rd Jan, so its possible we could have some players in by then , especially if we have already lined them up during December.?

I hope it's either someone so bad that we don't have to send out a proper team, or someone ridiculously good so we get to see a decent team and don't have to fanny about trying to put out a team for an inconvenient extra fixture with our injury list. What we'll actually get is Reading or Forest away.
I find it quite amusing that someone at the club decided to post this as news on the Charlton website. It's hardly news. We would have been ball 12 since promotion and relegation were sorted out at the end of last season as they order the teams from 1 to 44 for the top two divisions. Indeed, being ball 12 has little significance except that you will know Charlton have been drawn out of the 'hat' about one second before it is actually announced. And, if it's at home, you won't know who the opposition until the next ball is drawn out unless you have learnt all the numbers in which case you will know one second quicker than those that don't know.

Be good to emulate that.
Any team that gives us a better chance at a quick exit.
Fuck the FA Cup, we need to focus on the league and the league only.
Excited for the draw. Just 20mins away.
any of Hartlepool, Crewe, Forest Green, Rochdale, Burton, Newport, Fleetwood from the lower leagues away would do for my 92 club
Premier League - Chelsea, Wolves and Newcastle away would do for the 92 as well.
In reality - probably Oxford, Huddersfield or Swansea being the closest away league fixture to the cup weekend.
