    mmmmmmm its those smooth Laramie Cigarettes - now with extra tar! I dont know what they put in them, but i cant stop smoking them !

    Nine months for me now and still going strong. Actually thinking back it was much easier than I thought it would be and I should have done it years ago. Lapsed once and had one cigarette but it was after a funeral so forgiveable. Only problem is the weight I've put on after taking up snacking instead!!

    I have the Allen Carr book at home if anyone wants to borrow it - maybe those of you planning to run the half-marathon!

    I gave in on Jan 2nd this year. had 2 weeks of a bad cough and being the grumpiest man I know. Happy that I have done it though...
