    We are such a poor poor team without Cullen. I cant think of a time managed to string 5 passes together that half.

    As poor as that was it was still a fair bit better than Saturday. Players at least look interested tonight there's just no quality.

    Conditions can't be helping but what a terrible first half, we haven't created anything. All the while it's 0-0 we can still nick it. Needs a couple of subs and change of formation to give us a bit more going forward. COYRs.

    He's trying too hard, out of form - and overplayed, because there's no other bugger to replace him.
    And he hasn't got his mate Cullen to cover and prompt him.

    Don't forget he's only 19 and still raw.

    Well.....that half was fun. Two poor teams who have no idea how to attack & have forgotten how to score a goal. Best in these conditions to treat it like you are 1-0 down with 5 to play & just hoof it.

    I'm so glad I driv for over 3 1/2 hours (Blackwall Tunnel approach road was dire) to get to The Valley for this.

    The delayed kick off (and almost certainly a vindictive ref adding about 10 mins stoppage time in the second half) will probably contribute to me not getting home until about 1am.

    And then we do it all again on Friday ...

    Apart from Dills, thought Solly and Doughty were the only ones just above a mark of 5 at the moment
