I’m guessing this was a two-person serving job; an OCD with an artistic eye plating the veg on the right, and a heavy hander on the left serving up turkey in an ice cream scoop.
Lifer clearly has ideas above their station and has always harboured dreams of ‘running a little bistro’ in the country somewhere.
On the plus side: proper white plate not massively overloaded, sensible cutlery, nice table. Food is well arranged, there's clearly gravy on its way, and no Yorkshire pudding. Vegetables look good.
On the minus: looks like a child's portion. And the meat - probably better to let the dog keep it rather than putting it back on the plate...

Was the Turkey carved with a spoon?
looks like asked the dog to rip the meat of the bone before plating up.
