    Just did a bit of investigating on the flat.The one next door[ which is bigger than our one] sold on 19/12/2019 for £6,725,000  .If the same £psm is applied to ours the capital value is £4,978,150 .It is 228m2 .To put that in context an  average average 3 bed terraced house is about 80m2 so the flat is equivalent in size to 3 terraced houses.Extravagent?I think that is extravagent by anyones standards.
