Still need to be careful of Jack Marriott and Martyn Waghorn though regardless what we do second half
Push too far foward and both (especially Marriott) have the pace to get in behind us
Not to mention they actually have the sort of subs bench where they could make three changes to control the game2 -

I don't think that would be any worse than first half, even if Purrington did grow into the game.1 -
An injection doesn't help with a hamstring injury. Bonne should have been subbed as soon as he pulled up. But no.....he is expendable while My Taylor is wrapped up in cotton wool on the bench. Must protect our investment before Wednesday.ForeverAddickted said:

To be fair, we have been playing 3 at the back and the defense spent the majority of that half on Derby's side of the pitch. Really offering nothing going forward as Bonne is playing on an injury. Both Purrington and Solly have had so much of the ball wide but lack the quality to get anything into the box . We need to gamble on Taylor as 3 points there for the taking.0
