It’s very fitting that the distribution of surplus funds shows the same sensitivity and judgement as the use of the funds during the period of protests. Well done all at @CARD. You may not have spoken for all Charlton fans, nor indeed all protesters, but I for one am proud of what was achieved.
Makes me very proud to support the club which has been a huge part of my family since my grandad first took my Dad to watch his heroes during the 1940s. There is so much wrong with modern day football, thank you for redressing the balance just that little bit.
well done Davo and Curb it great effort and commitment to the cause talk is cheap , you were doers and having to deal with moaning twunts occasionally full respect to you both doffs cap
Thanks @Davo55 and @Curb_It for all your efforts these past few years. The protest fund was such a key part of the struggle, I am thrilled he left without us needing to spend it all and that local charities and fan led initiatives benefit, a genuine display that it was always our club not his.
A proper closure after a proper establishment of the fund and it has been husbanded very well indeed. I am delighted we have a bit of surplus and the causes chosen are universally excellent. A huge thank you, I believe it made a difference though proving it is tricky.
Well done both of you. One of the silver linings of RDs tenure is the picture of my late father wearing the protest scarf while putting out the protest beer mats in his local in Hopton Norfolk. He would be so pleased to know that the Rat has buggered off. Thanks again.
All Great causes all worthy of some funds Glad the museum got a donation as this needs to hopefully expand under our new owners who will pride themselves in our history Well done fellas the job you done was unbelievable and definitely played a large part to where we are today Onwards and upwards👍👍🍻
Well done to all involved in the protests and fundraising, but a special thank you to Davo55 and Curb_It for all their hard work and organisation. Perfect choice of charities for the remaining funds. Thank you.
To anyone that was involved whether by playing an active role in @CARD, @WAR, @ROT, or any of the other organisations, protested at home or Belgium, threw things on the pitch, demonstrated below the board room window, marched, boycotted, raised money etc etc etc......a heartfelt THANK YOU! You did it. You got rid of the fool that ruined our great club!

Just in case of course.

Seriously. Great work.
Well it will soon be an empty account, apart from the eejit who has set up my details and sending me pennies every few days!
