1 or fewer, which is quite a big difference in a way.

I wonder if the “or fewer” bit is because your namesake was quite elderly at the time of the last census and they can’t be certain he’s survived?

    368. A Google of my name reveals not only me, a film character, and a bunch of African Americans. Guess one of my relatives was busy, and not in a necessarily good way

1 or fewer.  If I search the internet, I get no others, so I suspect it's actually the fewer part of "1 or fewer", i.e. 0.

When I was a kid, there was just me, a very famous film star, and a character in a cartoon strip that I knew of with my first name.  It turns out there was a kid in the US who was a year older than me, too, but I didn't find that out until he became a famous pop star in 1969.
Intrigued now - what is your first name AA?

13 of me, apparently. Common as muck...

  • Below 1 for me and only 169 with my surname, but my first name Kerry (I’m male) really surprised me over 53000 with 53% being male and coincidentally the 53rd most popular name. There’s not many male Kerrys in the Uk and especially who should be retired, boy it was hard growing up with a girls names, especially when a boy name Sue came out😀. My surname is popular in Kent and SE England, the next highest population which is vey low is Australia, I wonder why?
And here was me thinking with your nom de plume you are from the West of Ireland.
Funny I thought that as well, until I spoke to my dad about it, he didn’t realise a Kerry in the Uk was a girls name, I got lumbered with it because he fought with the Australians out in Burma were its was a manly blokes name. To be fair apart from my school days, it’s never been been a problem and in the sector of industry I’m solely known by Kerry I don’t think anybody realises I got a surname.

You know how people like to shorten names and call people by one sylable, did you get called Ker then?

So,  if you've got an unusual name, does it make make much sense to give it to an unknown (but no doubt data gathering firm) which uses an insecure website?  Do they ask for your date of birth and mother's maiden name by any chance?
