I must say that this thread is very discriminatory against albums that have eight or fewer tracks.
As it happens I'm going to name an album I nominated on the original "first three tracks" thread: The Number Of The Beast by Maiden (albeit the re-issued version as a bonus track takes the album from eight tracks to nine )
4. 22 Acacia Avenue (Preceded by Invasion, Children Of The Damned, The Prisoner) 5. The Number Of The Beast 6. Run To The Hills (Followed by Gangland, Total Eclipse (the bonus track), Hallowed Be Thy Name)
As fine a trio of songs as you could wish to hear.
