I’ve got a problem with a bay window on a 1950’s house in Dartford. When the rain in the right direction we get water coming in and soaking the internal ceiling of the bay. We had the roof checked and nothing found there, also we have the house re pebble dashed and still very occasionally the water comes in, so I believe the seal around either the cladding or the window frame must have failed. Wednesday rain has finished the ceiling off and it now needs replacing, but first we need to find and seal the leak. Can anyone help, or know of anyone who might, no doubt eventually we will get the room decorated as well, so a little job will get bigger.
