"I thought we were the better team out there, and deserved to win. We were in control for large periods of the match, but silly mistakes have cost us. Yes their heads went down when Hull got their 7th goal, but the players have given me everything today"
So now it is past the 6pm goverment enforced embargo i can confirm that all EPL and EFL games actualy did take place today behind closed doors.
Hull took the lead very early on as Charlton made a very slow start...think back to last week. After half time though Taylor scored from a Green cross and unbelievably Williams whacked one in from 25 yards just before the hour mark.
On 87 minutes a poor throw out from Phillips and misplaced pass from under pressure Pearce allowed Hull an easy eqialiser as Maddison side footed home.
It got worse when an unmarked Eaves headed the winner six minutes into injury time. Pratley and sub Davis were red carded (plus Eaves) after the melee that ensued.

Over to the players marks thread now
Wigan score winner in the 97th minute
Barnsley score winner in the 98th minute
Stoke score winner in the 99th minute
Total confusion by anybody daft enough to be following this thread.
Looks like the match might well have to be played in the future or even not at all.
Oh well. Bedwetters were right.
We didn't turn up.
Gibbs and Pouso were as good as invisible.
Still, a 5-1 win is not to be sniffed at.
