With the unprecedented times that we’re all currently facing, with the ongoing worries over money, health, family, friends, and of course our football club, it’s important to remember that many people are struggling and suffering.
With that in mind, sometimes smiling and laughing can release the endorphins we need at just the right time. Keeping positive whenever you can, being mindful of your own, and others, mental health is even more important now than it arguably has been for a long time.
So, let’s have a thread of feeling good. It can be videos, photos, stories, memories, make it whatever you like. Let’s have a dedicated thread where we can go to feel good and smile.
For anyone needing more specific help, I have attached a couple of links that could help. But remember also, here on Charlton Life, we have a fantastic community and variety of people with a breadth of knowledge that can help. Don’t be afraid to use it.

I’ll start off...
Yesterday, researchers in Ohio, USA, have found that by using a brain-computer interface (BCI) they were able to restore the touch sensation of people who have suffered severe spinal cord injuries that had caused paralysis. This could be a huge step forward in medical research and development as new advances means those suffering from traumatic injuries can still have hope.
