I think the 'why' is as important as your choice of car!

    James Bond's Aston Martin DB5.

To own the Corgi version was the wish of every kid of that time. To have the real thing rather takes that to a new level.

Beat me to it. I’ve never been much of a car person, but if I could have anything, it would be that DB5. I think anyone who was a kid when that film came out wanted one - or an E-type.

Any Aston Martin from the Bond movies.

Or to put it another way any Aston Martin, especially a V8 Volante.

    Italian Job minis.
    Original, obs.
    Quite liked their van, too.
    And the bus.
  • Sort of depends on the premise of the question.

Do you get the car as it was in the film (i.e. if it was real?), or the actual one they filmed a movie with (acknowledging it's not real?) - answer to both would probably be the DeLorean from BTTF.  Though on the latter I'd be tempted by the Ford Anglia from Harry Potter or the ECTO-1 from Ghostbusters.

But, if you just get the same model of car, then maybe the DB5 from Bond.
  • Some great cars mentioned on  here,  and  would certainly be happy with a 68 fastback  GT Mustang, has to be Green as in the McQueen movie, still to me the best  car chase scene, I saw the remaking with his son  Chad last year, recreating the iconic scenes as a tribute to his father to celebrate 50 years and they had to modify the cars as the jumping over the streets, caused the suspension to give way?. If I remember they had  three cars in the  original movie. When the car 'jumps' back in reverse with the burn out caused a few issues as well!. Here is  the story, https://www.driving.co.uk/news/chase-hunt-begins-missing-mustangs-steve-mcqueens-bullitt/....... If I could not get one I guess a four cam like this 'runaround' like  the 1967 Ferrarri 275 GTB/4s NART  spider by Scaglietti, one of only 10 made just the thing for about £40 million, if one is available!.

Dodge Viper, however I couldn't choose which one from Film or TV... So this one please. 2008 SRT-10 model - The colours are perfect cheers.

I believe this was the model used in "Wanted" with James McAvoy driving and Angelina Jolie sliding her body all over it.

It's a fantastic weekend mate, by far the best classic car event around. It's still scheduled for September this year but pretty sure it won't go ahead.

A heart doctor friend of mine goes every year in full costume with his family and his photos are always just amazing. He seems to know so many people there, but his videos of the circuit make me drool!

I'd quite like Thelma & Louise's Thunderbird, or the purple Cadillac from True Romance.
