Quiz question: England internationals playing club football abroad.

I got told this the other day.
Apparently, there are 24 men who have played football for England at senior level while playing club football for a foreign (non UK) team.
They’re listed here in order of how many caps they got while playing abroad and I’ve shown how many as a small clue. I’ll add them to the list as people get them.
After a while, if we find some of them a bit hard, I’ll give you the club/clubs they were playing for too. If you can work out the clubs yourself, that’d be cool. 
Some are harder than others. And it goes back as far as the 1960s
I’ll give you the easiest one to start with - the one with the most ”foreign” caps.

    Kevin Keegan played for Hamburg for a while so would assume he's around the 25 mark, Hargreaves at 11 and didn't Ray Wilkins play for one of the Milan sides?

    Hargreaves played alot more than 11.

    i recall seeing them play at US Luxembourg v Olympique Marseille. I think they were both in the England team at the time.

    Ok, here you go. All correct answers so far now in place. Not surprised by the missing ones, but I was impressed with @iaitch getting Gerry Hitchens and @paulie8290 getting Scott Carson. Well done to @cafcfan1990 @MrLargo @thai malaysia addick @Off_it and @C_A_F_C for getting some of them.

    Also, I’d originally left Wayne Rooney out because his one appearance while at DC United was something of an exhibition appearance, but strictly it is correct.
    And Kieran Trippier was apparently left off of my list. Whoops! Thanks Paulie. Git. 😉

    I could have the dates wrong but wasn't Joe Harts loan to Torino 2016-2017 season, if so according to this he played a number of games for England whilst in Italy
