Via my employer, I found out about this charity today which helps ex Armed Forces personnel who are suffering from PTSD
I found their website and the stories / videos on there very moving, and have made a donation
Us on the CL community are by and large good eggs, so I have decided to share their website with you all
Please take a look - demonstrates the healing power that a dog can bring to people who are in a very dark place - there is a video on the home page ‘Billy and Max’ and when he reads out the poem he wrote it moved me to tears (which isn’t easy I can assure you)
