RECS WANTED - automotive body specialist

Hi all, had a scratch and a dent on my car (see pics below).  It’s an MG.  the dent is folded and creased, and the scratch has gone through to the metal.  Been quoted £250 ex VAT by one place for repair and paint tailgate.  I’m in Denmark Hill.  Thought I would throw it out on here and see if any car bods might know of anyone

£250 sounds pretty reasonable to be honest.

Body repairs can be bloody expensive nowadays.
