Had a mate message me, asking me to create my all time CAFC X1 to go up against his...You must have seen these people play and all eleven have to have different nationalities! Trickier than you'd think...Go!
Republicof Ireland: Dean Kiely Bulgaria: Radostin Kishishev Germany: Patrick Bauer Portugal: Jorge Costa Wales: Rhoys Wiggins Iceland: Johann Gudmundsson England: Scott Parker Denmark: Claus Jensen Gabon: Frederic Bulot France: Yann Kermorgant Italy: Paulo Di Canio
Quite easy actually
Edit: Its quite difficult actually as there are some players I'd want to include but cant e.g.
Belgium: Yoni Buyens | Cameron: Andre Bikey | Israel: Tal Ben-Haim | Angola: Igor Vetokele | Antigua: Josh Parker
Kiely Ireland Kishishev Bulgaria Gomez England Costa Portugal Hreidasson Iceland Robinson Wales Jensen Denmark Di Canio Italy Johansson Finland Taylor Montserrat Kermogant France
4-3-3 and not much cover for the defence but it fits!

Either it's "all time" or "Must have seen them play".

Elliott (Rep of Ireland) Sodje(Nigeria) - not sure if i made it up or whether he actually played RB at all lol Costa(Portugal) Diawara (Senegal) Wiggins (Welsh) Not sure if counts, played for their U21's but says he is from England.. If not put Herman in there Jensen(Denmark) Zheng Zhi(China) Alex Song (Cameroon) Bent(England) Di Canio(Italy) Bartlett (Sarf)
Looking at this looks like alot of central players lol
Bench : ), Jason Euell (Jamaican) El Kakouri (Morroco) Rommedhal (Denmark) Kish (Bulgarian) Taylor(Monserrat)

why?
Because "all time" means since 1905 where as "must have seen them play" means since you started going. Unless someone has been going since 1905 the two are mutually exclusive.
So any player from the 1950s or before is pretty much ruled out. Italian international Firmani, Swede Hans Jeppson, Scot Chris Duffy, etc etc ruled out.
Kishishev (Bulgaria) Zheng Zhi (China) Costa (Portugal) Hreidasson (Iceland)
Moore (Wales) Song (Cameroon)
Di Canio (Italy) Parker (England) Simonsen (Denmark)
Kermogant (France)
Dont mean to pick holes, but Zhen Zhi was an attacking midfielder
You are indeed correct although he started his career as a defender. That said, I think you are right and he is playing out of position so, after being found out and going a goal down, I've decided to re-arrange the team to this:
Kiely (Republic of Ireland)
Kishishev (Bulgaria) Song (Cameroon) Costa (Portugal) Hreidasson (Iceland)
Moore (Wales) Parker (England)
Di Canio (Italy) Zheng Zhi (China) Simonsen (Denmark)
I always thought Kish was a pretty poor right back. Great defensive midfielder though. There's not much you can argue with most of the teams that have been put up but I'd put Luke Young in at RB and sack Parker off because sod him
Kiely (Ireland)
Young (England) - El Karkouri (Morocco) - Costa (Portugal) - Hreidarsson (Iceland)
Jensen (Denmark) - Song (Cameroon) - Smertin (Russia) - John Robinson (Wales)
Di Canio (Italy) - Bartlett (South Africa)
Feel bad leaving out Fish, Johansson and Euell, but I'll be goddamned if Shaun Bartlett doesn't get into my team

why?
Because its not all time if I can't pick anyone from before 1987?

That means 3 at the back and Bergdich goes as El Khalej was even more awful if that's possible. Karim Bagheri comes in to make it 3-5-2.
