If a club loaned a player out to an EFL club whose season has been terminated, they are now eligible to play for their parent club. There are other specific rules as well. This benefits Birmingham for example, who have 3 players loaned to L2 clubs available
It doesn't affect us as surprisingly we had no players on loan to an EFL club in the second half of the season
