CAST annual season ticket intentions and attitudes survey

Please take six minutes to complete our annual survey.

This is an opportunity for Charlton fans to let the club and ESI know what they think about the current situation.

You may be one of the 500 people who completed the survey back in March. If so, apologies, but we decided to abandon that one after a couple of days when the shenanigans broke out. This is actually a better time to complete it as we now know the season ticket prices for next season.

  • Done.

I've been fooled once by ESI(mark 1) so have no intention of handing over any ST cash until ESI 2 start funding our club.

The board must also demonstrate transparency regarding ownership.
  • Done mine earlier too
  • Done. Didn’t find some of the questions very helpful though.
  • Whats the point of this survey?

  • Survey completed.
prepared to say- apprehensive to pay money when no idea when able to attend games and unsure where the money will go. From evidence of last few months my payment to the club could be directed to anywhere- past owners, current owners, future owners.
  • Survey completed, will not be buying a season ticket until the ownership, division, and players are known, besides the fact that we have no idea when we can attend?. Will  buy game by game  dependent on  a number of considerations as yet unclear. Hopefully the Varney consortium happens, as it will restore  some degree of common sense, or so I hope.
  • Done and feel the role of CAST is crucial in helping our club to survive.

I guess some people just like surveys.

Would love to know how many surveys the Trust have undertaken since they formed. It feels like an awful lot.

How else do they get a sense of fan's feelings and intentions? It's not all about who shouts the loudest, having recent data to support arguments/campaigns is crucial, especially under the present 'owners'.
    Data for what though?

I'm not anti-Trust, or even anti-surveys generally. But it seems to me they've had loads over the years and I'm not really sure what that many surveys is actually designed to achieve, other than ticking a box.

It's a fair enough question to ask.
  • The annual season ticket survey is a good tool for both the trust and club in my view.
  • I love a survey. Give me a box, I'll tick it.

It's to canvas the members opinions and therefore to represent them accurately with any discussions with the Club in the future.

Without these surveys, how are they supposed to represent the members?

When was the last survey? They carry out an annual ST survey to gauge current feelings as I suspect the number of ST sold directly relates to the Clubs performance both on and off the pitch.

Disappointed that there wasn't a question on who is the worst wrong 'un.

On the next survey can you ask if members feel the trust should post nonsense on twitter straight after we lose a big match?

Not only was that a weird time to be discussing Wigan, but making multiple comments comparing it to what Phillips did before the Milwall goal is just weird.
