    Well played Charlton!

    Huge credit to LB who has come up with a formation - 3-4-2-1 - that no-one would have thought we would play. Great effort from Williams and FC who are playing behind Bonne to both support him and get back and defend.

    Mind you, Brentford look good. Its going to take a huge effort - and a fair bit of luck - to hold onto this lead. Fingers crossed!

    Very good defensive display as a unit. Defending the box very well, just got to be careful of their right winger making that inside run from a diagonal ball. Brentford have some real quality but we are matching them so far.

    Brentford  are a very good team - but  again Matthews good going forward but teams pick him out as not very good at defending and everything is going down the Brentford left wing and the only shots on our goal have been players coming inside from the left wing - Matthews needs to get closer to his player. Cullen is playing very well.

    Good first half, pleased for Bonne, Williams is buying free kicks all over the place.....now lets keep it going for the 2nd half.....its not going to be easy, but LB has managed to galvanize this squad and will definitely earn his corn at HT.

    Looking good so far. JFC and Field playing well, nice goal from Bonne. Unlucky not
    to be two up. Need to maintain our concentration for the next 50 minutes. Everyone playing out of their skins so far and Williams shows what he can add, picking up those free kicks and breaking up the play. Doughty is a real threat and some beautiful passes from Sarr.

    We’ve had more shots in that first half than we did in the whole game against Brentford in August.
