I wish our players would put studs in their boots. Both William's & Doughty slip over when in good positions

Sarr has done shit up front this season!!
    It's called desperation!
We're not at that stage yet
    Yes we are
How? - Weve three games left and any win can left us a number of places

    Thats not desperation!!
Because the bottom sides keep winning?
But its still not a desperate situation
To be fair, I wish I felt like you did
Because we can lose today and still get three results

Its all IFs whatever way you look at it but desperate for me is a result where relegation is confirmed if we dont win!!
I would rather win today and then worry about the other three games later
Oh that would be lovely and be nice and relaxing ever so slightly

As it is a defeat would be a concern but still wouldnt see us as being in a desperate position

In this frame, Aneke’s chest may be offside. However the shot is taken after the ball already left McGeady’s foot.

It’s a very very marginal call and I believe it only went against us because he was standing in an offside position when the ball fell at his feet.
Then the officials are inept ..... because the Offside Law clearly states "at the moment the ball is played".
Understand that. What I was saying is that the limo probably guessed on a call that could’ve gone either way because Aneke found himself in so much space. It *looked* offside.

Officials are not there to "guess" decisions.

No but he has to make a decision either way. Flag up or flag down, it would be a guess. Are you advocating for VAR here? :-)

It looked 50/50 on a freeze frame replay. When he sees Aneke pick the ball up in a position that’s a couple of feet offside, I reckon that’s swayed him.
I reckon the lino's thought that as our strikers don't really move when they're in the box if Chuks has received the ball in an offside position he therefore must have been offside when the ball was played.
Sadly it all matters not a jot. We didn't get the decision and our chronic lack of goals could be what does us. Our relegation rivals seems to be able to score for fun. Once we concede a goal I have practically zero confidence in our ability to score 2

So frustrating because we should easily have 3 or more goals from our play so fsr and Reading look poor! Dont deserve their lead whatsoever

Yellow card for Alfie Doughty -
was breaking down the right and got clobbered. Cynical challenge and has his name taken.

His arm was being held but you never see those given

Aneke with a stupoid foul. There's no intelligence in this team. Pressure him into a pass to the keeper

It's easy to defend against us, our players just stand still in the box.

At the World Cup you did with VAR

That was decision that VAR wasnt needed for

    We are so poor.
Cullen is great, but that’s about it.

True but a 3rd straight defeat and 4 without a win is hardly great form.

Benrahma just scored a superb goal for Brentford. 3-1 up at Derby now.

Except when they run from an onside position to score into an open net  :'(
  • And you just know hull will beat millwall later and by 5 oclock today back where we were 3 weeks ago
    In relegation
