If it's getting to the point where we are looking at the possibility of being expelled from the Football League, surely there's something more we can do?
I have already started, I applied for a Millwall season ticket today.
It's a good job the flag facility has been removed I think you would have beaten the record 😉.
Well if hundreds of us went to Belgium, there is no reason why we can't get thousands to go to Cheshire. It's definitely brewing.
Obviously, we're not allowed to post addresses or suggest anything that would be other than peaceful and lawful, but we do know the addresses either home or work of parties that are key to this charade.
Those in ground protests are the reason we’re in a relegation scrap , they’ve put the team off and all that singing Roland out rather than getting behind the team are as good a reason for any that this season could end in disaster. You’ve got blood on your hands CARD .

Is this a serious post or do I get a whoosh!
I’m just worried what oohaah will post when he sees the away turnout at Elland Road tomorrow.
The problem is, if there is still a club to support, we will be back here in 3, 5, 8 or 10 years time. Maybe more than once.
You can demand change at the EFL, FA and UEFA or government intervention. You might even get it, eventually, but don't hold your breath. What has got to change first is fans attitude to other people's money. And the acceptance of the facts.
Like it or not we don't pay the players wages any more (OK we might this season because our wage bill is so low).
I would really welcome feedback on the 43v3r 5 point test. Give your self 1 point for every point you score for answering yes.
1) Season tickets should be affordable for all. 2) Lyle Taylor should have been given a 20k (or there abouts) 3 year deal in the summer. 3) Roland should have reinvested all of the Grant money into the team in January last year. 4) 10% as a minimum, of the shares in the club should be given to "the fans". 5) the training gound up grade for a category 1 academy should be completed ASAP.

Like this idea of a parliamentary petition if it is carefully thought out. Yes non tribal is essential.
Wigan's petition will probably fizzle out once their appeal has been decided in early August.
Probably worth contacting Damian Collins MP, he along with the co-owner of Sunderland FC are pushing " A way forward for football " a possible route to fan ownership/Minority share holding. I know the trust are well aware of Collins' initiative.
We the football League clubs supporters do need to find a way to show our intense dissatisfaction with the EFL rules/management - for sure.
Course reality is the club's owners have voted in the rules to suit their own purposes a(cant blame them for that) but too many of them now are plain shysters. The foxes are already inside the chicken coop.

We don't need to do anything as a large group. If anything, individual action or small groups would be more effective. Guerrilla action on their own doorstep would cause considerable discomfort, and if it isn't planned on a forum like this, then it's nigh on impossible to prevent. Yes, it should be legal and peaceful, but just in case it isn't, don't get caught!

Yes you are correct in that fans need to be realistic, the owners of any club should be able to run it how they see fit, it is their business at the end of the day and their money that they are spending and as I keep saying at the end of the day a football club is a business like any other. Whatever we all had to disagree with Roland about ( and there was alot ) he bought the club and ran it how he saw fit. However people should never be allowed to buy any club for £1.00 and then take ownership without the means to run it. I know the EFL cannot at the moment do anything about who a club is sold to but this IMO is something that needs to change. No club sale should be allowed to take place until all of the Fit & Proper procedures have been concluded. That would stop other clubs falling into the same mire we are now in with this lot who obviously had no intention of putting anything in

Also relevant here I think, especially as these people are small time chancers rather than a local dignitary like Duchatelet. There are all sorts of things that can be done, quickly, cheaply and effectively by individuals or a small group. I can think of plenty already.

I'd like to know if it is ethical for Mr Farnell to act for Mr Nimer the owner/seller, CAFC the asset and Mr Elliot the buyer.
How can you have a solicitor that is acting for both the buyer and seller simultaneously?
Can the Trust please offer an opinion/investigate or failing that maybe I will attempt some investigations?
(I've emailed CAST, I'll await their response).
(CAST have responded to me immediately and are investigating).
It is not a very good one either as it is specific to their issue with fit and proper.
I mean it's morally repugnant but it's technically probably OK.

I should think the resentment towards ESI are about to go off the scale following the conclusion of tonight's fixture.
Do your worst.

Despite it's obvious deficiencies, Talksport can come in handy immediately after any action is taken. Just tip them off to call Southall/Farnell/Burke/Elliot immediately after something happens. I have been told this happened the day after the first graffiti attack on Duchatelet's property, so this https://forum.charltonlife.com/discussion/84795/roland-duchatelets-properties-in-sint-truiden-vandalised/p1 led to this https://forum.charltonlife.com/discussion/comment/3462023#Comment_3462023. An angry and rattled conman/chancer is much more likely to say something useful and revealing live on radio, especially if you have someone like Jordan as a guest.
Doesn't involve a trip across the channel, fans could make their lives hell in simple ways.
Just don't discuss it on here!
