Crewe can’t get out of their own half. Weird. Almost like there’s phases of play in a game of football where each team dominates.

One thing I am hoping for this season is better game management.
    Stop conceding unnecessary late goals.
    Kiss of death!

If you're gonna make these type of comments, at least wait until the games over. Otherwise, well, just saying.

Oh yes it does, we're Charlton, mate.

Its also about preserving fitness... Which is why we struggled at times last season as we'd have games like Crewe last season where we didnt get anything because teams would let us have the ball and then punish us at the right opportunity

Great bit of play with Bonne, JFC, Gilbey and Purrington involved.
  • Yep as someone else said earlier...been well pleased with Amos handling & awareness...👍
  • Nice we've only had to make two subs

Wonder if Levitt might get a few mins to waste time shortl

No idea what's happening  when we're within 5 yards of the closest touchline.
  • Any idea how much injury time? Probably our usual 10 minutes.

Offside, Charlton Athletic. Ben Amos tries a through ball, but Macauley Bonne is caught offside.

Good work from Gilbey to shield the ball and charge through the midfield and win a free kick. 4 mins added

Aneke with a wild cross/shot that goes off the pitch 20-30 yards in the wrong direction.

Excellent work from Chuks to power past his man but massively overhit cross goes out for a throw on the far side

  • I like Chuks, but there is absolutely nothing subtle about him. It’s like he’s only capable of smashing the ball.

Obvious foul on Williams not given.

Man pulled him over by the shoulder.

Reckon Ng would be a decent signing based only on how he’s played today

How the hell did Pratley get awarded a free kick there?
