The biggest problem i have is that no matter how shit an official is, there's never any come back on them, if any of us were as shit at our job as some of these idiots then we'd face some form of disciplinary action. Not these morons though,teams have been relegated on the strength of some awful refereeing and they just crack on with the next game. It's like the lazy useless dickhead in the office, everyone knows he's a fck up but he's besties with the HR manager so complaining about him does nothing other than go against you.
