Loyalty points for 2020/21 season

Does anyone know what's happening with this?
Is it up to date now & correct?
I always buy a S/T and go to the majority of aways and have 530 loyalty points.
One of my mates didn't buy a S/T last season (first time) as he had to shield & is on 0 loyalty points.
Should we all should have 2 seasons worth of points 2018/19 & 2019/20?

You should only have 2019/20 and 2021/22

How do I go about seeing how many points I have? Logged onto my account but despite having a season ticket nothing showing. Is it usually in the CAFC cash box at the top?

No.
Log in to where you buy tickets, click on your name, click on personal details and it then shows under "my profile".
Last season doesn't count, so if you have a S/T this year you would have 230.
If you also had a S/T in 19/20 you would have 460  as a minimum without any away games or cup games.
