When a journalist states in an "in the know" article that someone he calls "a recruitment source" (in all probability the lad's agent) that a player is heading to Barcelona but the player settles for Burnley instead - the small difference of playing in front of 100,000 as opposed to probably about 18,000!

Whilst Clayden got a booking for a "shove" in retaliation to a very similar challenge yesterday, just without both players going at pace, which should be irrelevant to the referee's decision.
He had a patch of form where he wasn't quite at it, as young players do, but thought he was quality. Good on the ball, combative off it. Proper player.
