Announced tonight that fans will be allowed back in limited numbers of 4000 or 2000 when lockdown ends, so this ppg will not be relevant and season will surely run it's course

Wonder how the 4k tickets will be distributed for the play off final.

We'll be celebrating the championship by then so let them worry about that
Does anyone know if competitive sport continues in Tier 4?
I'd imagine so, however I'm now expecting a far greater number of matches called off, and maybe even calls for games in neutral venues to avoid traveling into and out of tier 4 areas
The only good thing about ending a season on PPG as it stands would be seeing the meltdown from Peterborough again if they are in a play off position but drop out on PPG
Ipswich the latest side to suffer from positive Covid Tests.
Ipswich Town manager Paul Lambert has tested positive for coronavirus along with five other members of the club's playing and coaching staff.
The club tested all members of the first-team squad and coaching staff before training on Friday morning after one player reported symptoms and the results were returned this evening.
Town have made the EFL aware of the situation, with the home game against Northampton on Boxing Day and the trip to AFC Wimbledon on December 29 now in real doubt.

Don't understand that last sentence. Why are those games in doubt. Surely they are going to be postponed like all the rest have been once a positive test comes back. Or are certain teams allowed to pick & chose what rules they want to follow.
There does appear to be an inconsistency around Covid and games being postponed, have the EFL stipulated what the rules are? Surely as infections are on the rise, even one case should mean postponement? Better to be safe than sorry.
