I would start with the below, gives you washington, schwartz and Smyth to come off the bench if needed.
Amos Matthews Oshi Pearce Maatsen JFC Morgan Maddison Williams Millar Aneke
I think 4231 suits the squad we have. We are light up front but if it enables us to get more attacking midfielders on the pitch and in the box that could be our best bet. JFC has played there a lot before and it may just suit Gilbey better
Aneke starting and not scoring is also linked to our slow starts where we do not take the game to the opposition.
Our whole structure is based on seeing what the other team fancies setting up. When he is coming on as a sub, his directive is to go for comeback at all costs.
Really looking forward to this game for some reason. I'm one of the only people that like Friday night games, not the same without going to the Valley but still gonna have a few tins and maybe a pizza while watching the game. Just need a win!!
It has got to the point with me that I fear seeing the team picked more than the game itself. Please stop farting about Lee. I do want you to be a success, and maybe I am less patient than many, but try being more conventional and offensive and you will have me and I'm sure others back on board. Just try it PLEEEEEAAAASSSE!

A good point, I don't know whether that's his tactic... Watch how other sides set up and then try to counter it as the game goes on. If so that's terrifying.
Not so sure that is good value. I would imagine he will not play for long if at all. If he comes on in the 85th minute you haven't got long for your bet to come in.
Having just watched Bowyer's pre match interview in full, I see him saying we need to be better in the final third. For me I think this is about final ball and getting bodies forward quickly enough, but it seems he thinks we need to be sharper with our chances. He mentioned Bogle's air shot. What frustrates me is that chances will always be missed. Even Kane may do the odd air shot (I'm sure not as often as Bogle). But he was picking on a small number of chances and surely there is a case that part of the issue is about creating more of them.

spot on, we don't create enough so when that one chance comes along and is missed the forward is castigated for it, if they were missing one in four chances it wouldn't be noticed.
I've stayed up til 5am to watch every night game this season. Today I can't be bothered. Perhaps when I see we stop playing turgid football with players in the wrong positions, it might feel worth it again.
I’m expecting Maatsen in midfield again. No chance Bowyer starts Williams, Maddison and Smyth or Millar all in midfield, far too adventurous for him especially with Pratley and Watson out.
Are we 100% sure Gilbey is suspended for this fixture?
The cut off point for 5 yellows as 1 game suspension is 19 league games. Is that 19 for us or for those in the league as in some have played 21 or 20 fixtures whilst we have played 19.
Gilbey got booked in our 19th game, is he suspended for tonight or did he just miss the cut off so will be available?

The law is after 19 games, if it occurred in our clubs 19th game it's still a ban.

Interesting, thanks.
The official site does not say he’s suspended but mentions our other unavailable players.

No mention of any suspension in the official information on the clubs website.
Andrew Shinnie will remain sidelined with his thigh injury, while Ryan Inniss, Alfie Doughty and Akin Famewo continue their rehabilitation from their longer-term injuries.
Ben Watson will also miss out with a hamstring injury, while Darren Pratley will serve the first match of his three-game suspension.
New arrival Liam Millar may be involved, while Ronnie Schwartz still has some fitness to catch up on and will be unlikely to be available from the start.
Gilbey to score a hat-trick, only for EFL to later deem the game void and deduct our 3 points.
Bow's talking about Morgan and Gilbey:
“This is what they need to take into the game – to take it open, it’s difficult to explain, and play forward when you can. Hopefully Friday you’ll see the improvement in both of them.”
I'd like to see Gilbey at CM without a carthorse (or 2) behind him.
We’ll win , with Gilbey coming on as sub in the 96th minute to run the clock down , he doesn’t touch the ball and the game will be awarded to Accrington in ten days time as it comes out we fielded an ineligible player 🙄
What time does coverage start on the telebox? Gotta time my dinner so I don't miss a word of what SCP has to say. Though the missus' mother will probably talk over the whole thing anyway.

Think 7.30 which is a joke really. Looking forward to SCP's 3 prematch sentences inbetween 381 Bet365 ads.
