Was it him who was unlucky not to score when Schwartz got in the way? Oshilaja:8 - Won his headers early on and used his strength to shield and mark tight. Very good and so weird that LB seemed reluctant to use him a few weeks back. Maatsen: 7 - Showed good speed to the ball and helped keep Rovers pinned back with his forward runs (often off the ball). Williams: 6.5 - Thought he did a decent job on the right. Worked hard enough attacking and defending. Forster-Caskey: 8.5 - Ran the game with a little bit of everything. Dirty work, long balls, short inter-changes and a lot of movement. Morgan: 7 - Didn't see him early on but grew into the game really well. I think his 1st card was the most needless. The 2nd card (justified) was just him trying to block a clearance. As LB said, at least he's now trying to do the donkey-work side of the game. Millar: 7 - Was a constant threat on the left and was a big factor in pushing Rovers deep (creating space for midfielders). Needs to cross the ball earlier though. Just get it in there. Aneke: 6.5 - Counting the last bit of the Rochdale game, he's missed the last four golden chances he's had (which is a bit worrying). But on the plus side, he's a threat and is definitely helping the team play. Washington: 5.5 - The odd neat touch (as usual) but didn't take his chance when it came. Referee: 7 - Overall he was pretty good.

One lovely pass to Bogle, clown shoes on for his glorious chance and a superb clearance for Rovers. Bogle: n/a - Two pretty weak efforts from gilt-edged chances but his general play was excellent and carried on the good work from Aneke in that regard. Looked good outside the box.
