Government. Credit where it's due?

With the progress that is being made on the vaccine front here are the Government getting enough credit. With the debacle that is going on in the EU at the moment is this an example of if we hadn't left would we have been able to get the number of people vaccinated that we have ?
The Euro zone really does seem to be being shown as an organisation trapped in red tape that cannot react when needed.
Boris etc obviously get lots of criticism but on the vaccine front I think they have been ahead of the game and should be praised for that
