Tickets have been on sale to members. I am a six pack member and had opportunity to get some on May 27 and got 2. Any remaining were due to go on sale on June 1 but nothing announced yet. Not sure if many left as limiting to 1,200 at the moment. Even County championship games selling out.
I'm challenging myself to find a more disappointing overseas than Cummins. With a current figures of 5-553 (and in what will be his last match for us) I suspect that it's not one that I'm not going to be able to succeed in doing so!
Surprised Podmore isn't playing, as he was in that T20 second 11 the other day, I presume he isn't fully fit. Good to see Denly back, but still no Kuhn

In the case of Podmore and Milnes it's about them not being fit enough to bowl 20-25 overs in the match. This is the last CC match for a few weeks and they don't want to risk either breaking down so that they then become unavailable for any form of the game.

In the same over he's just speared two balls down the leg side which both went to the boundary. Ollie Robinson, standing wide to enable him to see the ball with Cummins bowling over the wicket and across the left hander, had no chance whatsoever with either and I suspect that he is less than amused that he has 8 byes to his name!

for Kent or for this season in general
the Aussie at Glamorgan whose name I cant remember ?
The good news is that we have still only used 8 bowlers in total. Jordan Cox once took 2-3, Muyeye is more than capable of turning his arm over and Ollie Robinson as a kid bowled leg spin and even took 5-18 in an adult club game
All is certainly not lost so far as our options are concerned!

Body language is terrible. Shouldn't be playing. Besides bowling badly, spraying the ball all over the place, his general fielding and demeanour looked bad. Looks like we are badly lacking leadership, probably both on and off the pitch.
Overseas back then joined a county and would be there for years, other than summers when their country was touring England. Thus they would become county legends, whereas not they're like short term loan footballers, here for a few weeks before disappearing to play an international series or the Madagascan T20 league
Just watching the JP Sunday League on the TV, some world class names would be playing, especially from the West Indies, decades before the IPL! Imran - Sussex Hadlee - Notts Garner and Richards - Somerset Greenidge and Marshall - Hants Clive Lloyd - Lancashire Holding - Derbyshire Clarke - Surrey Proctor - Gloucs
John Shepherd was a road sweeper in St Paul's Cray when I was a kid where I grew up and my Dad fitted Asifs carpets at his house in Orpington (I helped as the gofer, I was 14.) *He also fitted Kate Bush's parents carpets in East Wickham and John Hollins in Bickley (I actually had a day off school for JH carpets and was given tickets for what was the new East Stand at Stamford Bridge for the first match of the season, Chelski lost 2-1 to Carlisle United.

I still feel guilty, even now, for telling Mr Hollins I was a Chelski supporter.....

Both openers have reached their 50s. It looks like it's going to be a long day in the sun for us.
Quinn, Cummins and Gilchrist all going at over 5 an over
wicket to Leaning but a great catch by Robinson for the quality of the movement of his feet, head and hands given the width of the delivery

Great to see a century for "the other" Ollie Robinson & 90 from young Jordan Cox.
And, our Joe seems to have his mojo back !
But, DBD failing to impress again....
Will be watching tomorrow's final day's stream with interest.
