I'm now paying £150 a month more than I was then. GRRRRRRR

Robbing bastards, and they wonder why have the nations under 30's live at home still!!!!

Get a lodger, make them pay it all.

If you took out endowment(s) for your mortgage, typically in the late 80s / early 90s then it has probably performed far worse than the lowest predictions and there is a good chance that you were not properly advised of the risks involved, and thus you could well have been a victim of mis-selling and you should make a complaint - you have nothing to lose.

I did for three policies and got thousands of pounds compensation to help with the shortfall on the mortgage - I used the Which? site, they even have a letter generator to make it easy-peasy.

One of them arriving in August hopefully big man. Got the spare room kitted out with a bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers now all thats needed is a paying guest to be in it.

A mate of mine should be having it, if not I'll tear his nuts off as he's been on my case about it.
