I've heard rumours that
@redlanered is thinking of quitting our Prediction League to form a European Super Prediction League. Although
@robroy and
@Alex Wright managed to match
@redlanered's score of 5 points this week,
@redlanered has extended the lead at the top to a mighty ten points. Some games were 'good earners', but the League One games brought poor returns for many this week.
In the Cups, we are down to the last eight in each competition. In the main competition,
@Miserableoldgit and
@RedChaser had to settle their tie on penalties with
@Miserableoldgit doing just enough to scrape by.
@theeenorth progressed thanks to penalties against
@moutuakilla. In the Johnstones Paint replays, the two winners both won convincingly by 3-0 against higher-placed opposition -
