Hearing we were impressed with

Solomon-Otabor at Wigan.
Hearing this from a pretty good source.........not sure if there’s been any ‘official’ communication though.

Yes it seems so. But he definitely didn’t do himself any harm the other night I thought. Probably one we’ll revisit in the summer?

After the game in midweek I saw Bowyer go specifically up to a Wigan player and had a few words and gave him a pat on the shoulder. I’m pretty sure it was this guy. All other Wigan players he just fist pumped.

From Streatham. Surely we could persuade him to come to us given that he would be moving over 200 miles nearer to home?

He is a good age, had a decent spell at Blackpool a couple of years ago.

London lad, would have been at Palace with Inniss.   Just getting back playing after an operation.

Doesn't score a lot of goals.  Not sure he is any better than what we have already got though.

Agreed, having looked at his appearances it would seem he has not really played that many games. Do we need another player that we don’t know if they can play 20 games a season?
  • Wont be surprised if he becomes a target for the summer

Depends on where home is.  What if he has a wife from the North West, kids at school etc, then maybe a move back down south isnt that high on the priority list

What's the point ? I mean, we nabbed DJ who was raved over by everyone and then hardly play him.

If I was Soloman-Otober's agent I'd be telling him to go nowhere near us with Bowyer as manager. Shown he likes playing old experienced pro's (Pratley, Watson, Gunter & Matthews) and if you make one bad mistake or don't take an opposition player out at the knees you'll be thrown under the bus and dropped out of sight (Williams, Morgan & Maddison).

If you were his agent you'd be telling him to go where the money is.

Well let’s hope in the next transfer market we will be where the money is......what’s to say it won’t be?
