  • Amos: 6 Did reasonably well
Gunter: 5 At fault for their goal and nearly cost us in the last minute
Famewo: 6 Loses a mark for a lapse in the closing stages
    Pearce: 7 Another excellent performance
Maatsen: 6 Better but still not as good as he was in the early part of the season
Morgan: 6 Look tired towards the end
Watson: 6 Think he is in good form but I don't  like him and Pratley in midfield together
Pratley: 5 Should be rotated with Watson not played together
Millar: 6 Has he been sussed by our opponents ?
Stockley: 6 Struggled at times with their 3 big centre backs
Washington: 8 MOTM . Extra point for his goal . Lets not forget his cross for Aneke as well
Smith: 6 Needs more minutes .
Shinnie: 7 Should have started when JFC dropped out .
Aneke: 5 Loses a point for the miss

  • Amos: 6 - did ok
Gunter: 4 - exceptionally poor in all respects
Famewo: 6 - pretty sound, save for an aberration in injury time, when his header infield presented Whalley with the chance to lob Amos. After a long time out, Famewo is one player who is entitled to feel a little fatigued towards the end
Pearce: 7 - another solid performance. Did particularly well near the end when defending the 1 v 1 on the break
Maatsen: 6.5 - his usual mixture of pace, energy and misplaced passes. Got around the back of Shrewsbury's defence a couple of times and got back to help Pearcey near the end when Shrewsbury broke on us
Morgan: 6.5 - very good in the first half, faded in the second
Watson: 5 - the very definition of pedestrian. Regressed after a couple of good performances
Pratley: 5 - predictably slowed us down whilst he was on the field and picked up yet another silly booking. With JFC out, why was Bowyer not prepared to start Smith or Shinnie ? Fear ?
Millar: 5 - out of form
Stockley: 5.5 - well controlled by their three big central defenders and missed our best chance of the first half
Washington: 8: MoTM - our best player by a distance
    Smith: 6 - he needs a start
Shinnie: 6.5 - looked quite lively following his introduction
    Aneke: 5 - a very poor miss
Referee: 6 - ok, save for a failure to clamp down on Shrewsbury's earlier time wasting. In the event, it turned out to their detriment, as they finished much the stronger side. With Charlton's late capitulation, you'd have fancied Shrewsbury to win it if the game went on for another 5 minutes
