There are four weeks to go in the Prediction League and there are some late surges.
@theeenorth undoubtedly hoped that Norwich would have settled for 2-1 at QPR, but a late third by the Canaries still meant that a very creditable 7 points were gained as well as Premier League placing. At the top, both
@redlanered and
@thai malaysia addick scored a blob, which allowed
@Blackheathen to narrow the gap.
@jakecafc scored a very worthy 5 points, although Lee Bowyer's services may be needed to make the move from the higher part of League One and away from the relegation spots in the Championship.
There was an unusually low number of predictions for the Charlton game this week. 5 of the 15 choosing the Charlton game were right by being pessimistic, but no one could foresee a 1-0 score. Of the other 10, seven predictors not only had to suffer the disappointment of a Charlton defeat but a predicted win going awry.
The Prediction League keeps running until the Premier League programme is completed on 23rd May. There will also be some Play-Off games to predict as well after the regular fixtures in League One are completed.
