Personally, I'm not sure what you mean by an internet radio.
Do you mean a DAB radio?

My very old, music system has the ability to connect to my wifi and play music direct from the internet from a selection of internet-based music streaming services. AKA internet radio. There are literally 1000s of stations to choose from.
Edited to add: Mine is called a Philips Streamium. You could probably get one for not much money off ebay. It has a built-in hard drive and CD player. There is also a slave unit available that either plays internet radio itself, or picks up the signal from the main unit if you want to broadcast around the house. (If available on ebay make sure it comes with working remotes. There should be two.)

The "Which" link I posted gives advice on Internet radios.1 -
I've been exploring the free 'myTunerRadio' app that I downloaded from the app store to my mobile. Great choice of stations, can save favourites (Modern Jazz in my case + radio comedies) and that's just one app of several available. Connect to a wireless/wired speaker for better sound if necessary. A low cost alternative.1

I listen to UK and US radio here in Thailand via the Radio UK and Radio US apps. I use the phone in the car via bluetooth and at home they're on the Android box and I play it through the TV soundbar, though it'd work through a hifi system as well.
