It's very interesting, is the the result of the full review Roddy was carrying out or an older piece of work?

It doesn't sound like a restructure, more a filling of existing vacancies?  Not that that's a bad thing, it obviously works.

Dave Chatwin was working out in Qatar for a while, he followed Mick Browne over here when he left the academy years ago, nice guy and a good coach. Good luck to him.
