I note that Gold Zabeel runs at Carlisle tomorrow.  It's a sign I tell 'ee.

I had to check ...

Gold Zabeel came 3rd at 18/1 (yes, that's 18/1) ... a mere half a length and a neck behind the winner.

A bit like the real thing, this was an 'almost moment'.  A 'what might have been'.

But, mercifully, the Museum didn't take my advice.  Gambling is a mug's game.

Maybe buy some cryptos?

I popped into the museum on Friday and @charltonnick very kindly gave me a tour before letting me have a browse round.  Some really fascinating bits of our history and well worth a visit.  I was only picking something up just before closing, so wasn't there long, but could have spent a lot longer.  Will need to make a return visit.  Definitely recommended.
