One of the journalists made the point that Shaw could not respond to Mourinho's negativity at all.
Apparently Adkins, who the journo described as the most positive manager in football gave Shaw his debut.
Lets hope that positivity works with our youngsters; i.e Morgan, Vennings and Barker, etc.
It will be interesting to see whether they push on next season.

Luke Shaw was a superb talent as a teenager at Southampton and when he had his broken leg he needed help as the lad is prone to carrying a few extra pounds.

Mourinho is about the here and now and whether you are De Bruyne, Salah or Shaw he is poor on guys who can't deliver now. 
He is not interested in two years time because he knows he would've moved on by then with more millions in his bank account. 
Of course he has a great CV, but it doesn't tell the whole story about the players he had helped and the ones he hindered.

Pleased luke spoke out recently because Mourinho was getting boring.
